TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the "Vector Test of Identity and Orientation" (VTIO) service (the copyright for which is registered in Ukraine under the official name «Векторний Тест Ідентичності та Орієнтації «ВТІО»», hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract. By clicking the "Start Test" button, "Take Test" button, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and completely agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please immediately cease all use of the Service.

1.Subject of the Agreement

  • 1.1. The Service provides the User with an opportunity to undergo an online testing process designed to evaluate psychological modalities, self-identity, and relationship orientation.
  • 1.2. Currently, the Service allows the User to complete the test and receive a finalized, detailed graphical SVG diagram or a PDF file of the results free of charge.
  • 1.3. The Service Administration reserves the right to modify the monetization model of the Service at any time, including introducing fees for accessing test results or specific website features, without prior personal notification to Users. New financial terms shall become effective immediately upon their publication within the Service.

2.Medical Disclaimer

  • 2.1. The Service is not a medical, psychiatric, or clinical diagnostic tool.
  • 2.2. The test results are provided solely for informational, research, and entertainment purposes (as a form of self-discovery). They do not substitute, and cannot replace, professional consultation with a psychologist, psychotherapist, or physician.
  • 2.3. The Author and the Administration of the Service shall bear no liability for any life choices made by the User, changes to their personal or social relationships, or any potential psychological discomfort arising from the interpretation of the test results by the User themselves or by any third parties (including partners, family members, colleagues, etc.).

3.Privacy and Data Processing

  • 3.1. The Service is designed based on the principles of absolute privacy (Privacy by Design). We fundamentally do not collect, process, or store personal data of Users that could directly or indirectly identify an individual.
  • 3.2. The procedures, purposes, and technical aspects of anonymous data processing, storage, deletion, and anti-spam rate-limiting mechanisms are strictly governed by the Privacy and Anonymity Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms. By clicking the "Start Test" button, the User fully consents to the terms of the aforementioned Policy.

4.Intellectual Property

  • 4.1. All exclusive rights to the calculation algorithms, mathematical scale models, methodology, test questions (texts), graphical interface, and the design layouts of SVG diagrams and PDF files belong entirely to the author of the Service.
  • 4.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • 4.3. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, resell, decompile the software code, scrape the website, or utilize the question database or calculation logic in third-party commercial or non-commercial products without the express written consent of the copyright holder.
  • 4.4. The User retains the absolute right to freely save, download, and publish screenshots or raw files of their personal SVG diagrams and PDF results on social media, messaging platforms, and blogs.

5.Limitation of Liability

  • 5.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Administration does not guarantee absolute, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service and shall not be held liable for any technical disruptions, software bugs, vulnerabilities, or temporary website downtime, regardless of their cause, including scheduled or unscheduled technical maintenance, source code updates, internal software development errors, hosting provider failures, or force majeure circumstances.
  • 5.2. The responsibility for preserving the random result identifier (UUID) stored by the browser lies entirely with the User. If the identifier is cleared by the User or the server-side cache retention period expires, the Administration has no technical capacity to restore access to the result.

6.Age Restrictions

  • 6.1. The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you may use the Service and undergo testing only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

7.Amendments to the Terms

  • 7.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion.
  • 7.2. Continued use of the Service following the publication of any modifications constitutes the User's full acceptance of the revised version of the Agreement.
